Can't find Channel 265?

Some decoders may not be able to pick up DStv Channel 265 and need to be rescanned in order to receive Ignition. Please follow these steps:

Press 'Menu' on DStv remote control,
Select 'Advanced Options' and press 'Ok'
Enter '9949' as the Pin
Go to 'Network Setup'
Press 'Blue' button on remote to 'Scan this network'
You should now be able to receive DStv Channel 265. Please contact Multichoice on (011) 289 2222 if you experience further difficulties.
